Dr Sudhir Pawar is Director of the Institute of Rural Medical Education (IRME), author of the INSPIRE Method, a compliance strategist, and a NEP 2020 analyst who supports schools and institutes with practical implementation guidance.
Under his leadership, IRME focuses on ethical, practice-ready healthcare training for rural India - linking primary care skills, recognised programme pathways, and transparent admissions support so students and working professionals can plan their next step with clarity.

The Institute of Rural Medical Education (IRME) is a program of the Tarbiyat Sociotech Foundation, established under the Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and rule 18 of Incorporation Rules, 2014. IRME focuses on providing primary health care education in India, especially in rural areas.
Our mission is to ensure primary health services are available to every Indian rural citizen. We bridge the gap between urban medical facilities and rural healthcare needs through comprehensive education and training programs.
